How can I be sure of the color and size of your jewelry?

I make an effort to ensure that colors are represented accurately. There may be some variance based on your monitor. Pieces often appear larger on screen than in reality, so please check dimensions before purchasing.

Stainless steel earring posts

I use stainless steel earrings posts in many of my designs. Please note that all stainless steel contains a very low amount of nickel. If you are concerned about this, please choose a different style of earring with a hook. Please let me know if sterling silver is a better choice for you, as I may switch to this post type in future.

Gold plated components

Gold plated components will go dull/tarnish over time, especially with skin contact.  Please keep your jewelry away from perfume, hairspray and water to minimize this. Keeping your piece in an airtight bag will also help.

Clip on earrings or different posts

Most of my designs can be changed to a clip on or hook or post.  Please contact me if you would like a design changed to a different type of attachment.

I want an item that is sold out 

My approach here is to make limited quantities to keep you looking unique and me creative. That being said, please let me know as I may be able to make more. If an item is super popular, I will make it a permanent addition to the shop.

My item is damaged

Unfortunately, sometimes stuff happens. An earring post may come unstuck or a piece may become damaged in transit.  I want you to be happy with your purchase and I stand by what I make.  Please contact me and I will repair or replace your piece.
